My son just turned 6 and picked this out with a gift card he received for his birthday. Within 2 hours of this being out of the box, I managed to break one of the axles off inside one of the wheels. I felt horrible and called Mattel customer service and explained what happened. They told me they would be mailing a voucher for the full price of the toy so we could pick up a replacement. I was impressed and my son was excited that his new toy would soon be “fixed”. The voucher arrived within a few days just as promised and to my surprise it was good towards ANY product by Mattel or Fisher Price. We went back to the store to buy the replacement and my son said he didn’t want another one because it was “boring”. He instead picked out the Hot Wheels Tub Racers. Hopefully that set doesn’t become too boring too soon???
